Renewing or changing your address?

To find your expiration date, look at the address label on the back cover. It is above your name and with your file number. If, in the address label you have received, the notice of impending expiration there really is not much time to renew. Your renewal date is the date upon which your renewal was last entered into the RUAEA database. There is no longer a grace period.

All renewals and changes of address must be received in the Denver office by the first of the month. All requests must include your name, file number, telephone number and email address if you have one.

The Easiest and Fastest Way to Renew Online

1. Click here
2. Enter your file number, numbers only, no letters
3. Enter your last name
4. Review the information and make any necessary changes to ensure it is accurate.
5. There is a box where you can write a note which may be printed in the newsletter
6. Check the newsletter option:
   • One-year membership – $45 for both mailed and online newsletter
   • One-year membership – $40 for mailed newsletter only
   • One-year membership – $35 for online newsletter only
   • Select the number of years you wish to renew for
   • Select a contribution (optional, thank you)
7. Follow the prompts for a secure checkout
8. Enter your debit or credit card information
9. Submit order

If You Are Only Changing Your Address Online

OPTION 1: Follow the above procedure as you would renew your membership

2. Where you review your address, put in the new address
3. Choose a contribution, and make a contribution of at least one dollar
4. When prompted, fill in the address to which your credit card bill is sent
5. Submit your order, which changes your address

OPTION 2: Send an email to support@ruaea.org with your new address. Please note you can now keep two addresses on file with RUAEA.

If You Are Renewing and Mailing Your Check

1. Allow plenty of time for it to reach the office by the first of the month
2. Make sure to put your file number on the check
3. Include your name and telephone number so we can contact you if necessary

If You Are Changing Your Address and Mailing Information

1. Allow plenty of time for it to reach the office by the first of the month
2. Include your name, file number and telephone number in your letter
3. Put your old address and your new address

If you are a Snowbird, we can maintain two addresses on file for you. Please notify us using one of the two methods described above whenever you switch between addresses.
