RUAEA Reunion 2024

Hi Folks, just to let you know that 2 deadlines are coming up soon.

HOTEL RESERVATION cut-off is August 27, 2024. you may still be able to reserve a room after that date, however not at any guaranteed rate. REUNION REGISTRATION the cut-off date is September.15, 2024.

Please Register if you have not done so already.

Also when registering for the REUNION, please select a tour you wish to be on, don't wait to do so on arrival. Some tours may have limited capacity, due to bus size.

We have reached our contracted room nights and rates. Trying to negotiate additional nights.

The Friendship Night on October 1st is Western Night with Country Western appetizers and a County Western Band for your listening and dancing pleasure; a chance to wear your western garb to help celebrate the occasion and enjoy the fun.

Tours are still in the planning process, some ideas of what we are trying to finalize are: September 29th – A Dinner Cruise; September 30th - Old Town/Harbor Village and a Casino/Shopping; October 2nd - Harbor Luncheon Cruise. All these are in the works and alternative tours will be available if they don’t work out.

We will have RUPA and ARECA join us again this year for the Reunion, and of course, RUAEA retirees, family, and friends.
