Refund requests made within the first 30 days of a dues payment will be made in full. After 30 days, no refund will be issued unless there has been a duplicate payment, and then there will be a full refund.
If you wish to cancel your RUAEA membership and request a full refund, you must email us or write to us at the address below to cancel within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase. We will terminate your membership at the time of the refund.
