United ServiceAnywhere (USAW) is a 24/7 online selfservice portal. This new resource provides you with the ability to search for answers to commonly asked questions regarding travel, retiree badging and HR Policies via what are called “Knowledge Articles”. You can also request an action (which we refer to as “offerings”) from our employee service centers and view the status of the request online. Access United ServiceAnywhere at ess-usaw.ual.com or by going to Flying Together > Employee Services > United ServiceAnywhere. USAW is also mobile friendly and can be accessed on your smartphone or tablet Flying Together> HR Tools > United ServiceAnywhere.
Got a Travel Question?
You can now request actions/submit questions (called offerings) to the Employee Travel Team online through USAW. Once an offering is submitted, you will get a notification that the team received your request or question. This notification will be in the tool and you can monitor the status of your request under “your requests”. When your question or request is completed you will also get a notification informing you of the resolution.
