Help Hub is your new one-stop help resource. Help Hub is an upgrade and replacement of United ServiceAnywhere (USAW). It’s an online portal that allows you to do two things: search for answers from and make services requests to a variety of United teams (e.g. Employee Travel Center, Digital IT Service Desk).
Accessing Help Hub:
On laptops, desktops and personal mobile devices: Go to Help Hub at Flying Together > Employee Services > Help Hub

Help Hub is the new location to request a Retiree Badge. Simply type “retiree badge” in the search box and you will see both the FAQ and the order form.
Trouble signing in to Flying Together - Retirees will be able to request help from the Digital IT Service Desk using a new real-time chat feature, making it even easier to get help quickly from anywhere around the world using Help Hub. To start a chat in Help Hub, click the dropdown arrow next to Digital IT Services in the top menu bar, then select the Digital IT Services home. The, click on the button labeled “click here to start a chat”. Once the chat box opens, simply type what you need help with – it’s that easy!
